Bents	Burtonwood / Carling	The plain exterior hides a pleasant well looked after interior. At least one poster calls it "Bentz" (and the broken sign on the front of the building says "BLNTS" !). Now CLOSED and demolished. Last visited 1999.	Roseheath Drive

Derby Arms (Tut 'n' Shive)	Worthington / Carling, Heineken, Stella	This was formerly a Tut N Shive, when I wrote: The fun eccentric decor in this nice old building includes part of the side of a bus. Two bars. LSTV and lots of small ones. Not as well cared for as it deserves. Now I'm told the decor is more "normal". Last visited 1998.	Church Road / Bailey's Lane
Eagle and Child	Tetley / Carlsberg	A large up market nicely decorated place with three separate bars. "Big steak" food. Last visited 1998.	Church Road / Helston Avenue
Grenadier	Worthington	A large, pleasant and very popular pub with two sides plus a separate pool room. Last visited 1999.	Camberley Drive / Frensham Way
Hale Wood		Now CLOSED and demolished, this scruffy-looking pub was imortalised on the sleeve of Half Man Half Biscuit's album This Leaden Pall. Not visited.	Higher Road / Torrington Avenue
Leather Bottle	Burtonwood / Carling, Carlsberg	Inside this 70s brick construction in a large 70s estate is a plain pleasant bar side with walls covered with an impressive collection of football memorabilia. The lounge side looks very comfortable. Reported CLOSED in 2006. Last visited 1999.	Leather's Lane / Raven Court
