This member of the Smith and Jones chain is a modern open food-oriented pub in what appears to be shop conversion. I like the comfortable booths. The menu looks good, and good value.

A pleasant friendly traditional two bar pub with some nice quarry tiles in the bar side.

A large Ember Inns pub concentrating on food but nevertheless serving decent ale. The pleasant interior is partially knocked through but retaining some separation between different areas. Actually all Ember Inns seem to look the same. On my Wednesday lunchtime visit they were doing a good trade in meals for the local pensioners.
